Why would I need a mobile shower trailer?

Mobile shower trailers are the right solution for extended-stay events such as weekend weddings or retreats. The trailer’s full mobility, easy setup, and compact size allow for easy towing between sites where restrooms are unavailable.

All of our showers contain hot water, climate control (heat and a/c), private changing areas for each stall, sink vanities and are well lit.

The unit can be combined with restroom trailers to provide a complete restroom solution.


We can provide onsite water and power.

The unique design of our mobile showers provides the ability to go virtually anywhere. Even in the most remote locations where no power or running water is available, we can provide holding tanks with pumps and generators to make sure that your guests can get a hot shower in a clean, comfortable environment.

Frequently Asked Questions: Long Term Projects


A restroom trailer can remain onsite for weeks, months or longer when appropriate water, electrical power and scheduled waste service are provided. For long-term construction projects, VIP Trailers can coordinate ongoing pumping and service throughout the rental and accommodate project schedules that change or extend.

The appropriate trailer size depends on workforce size, number of shifts, operating hours, expected peak usage, waste-tank capacity and service frequency. A smaller crew or superintendent office may be well suited to a 2-station trailer, while larger workforces may require a 4- or 10-station trailer or additional facilities. VIP Trailers can recommend a configuration based on the project's actual usage.

Restroom trailers require electrical power and a fresh-water source. If suitable site water or electrical power is unavailable, VIP Trailers can provide freshwater systems and generator solutions.

Temporary freshwater systems with pumps are available with all of our trailers.

Restroom trailers require electrical power for systems such as lighting, water pumps, heating, and air conditioning. If suitable site power is unavailable, generator support may be available depending on the project and equipment configuration.

There is no single service interval for every project. Pumping frequency depends on workforce size, trailer and waste-tank capacity, operating hours, number of shifts and actual usage. VIP Trailers can establish a scheduled service interval and adjust it if usage changes during the project.

VIP Trailers coordinates scheduled waste removal and ongoing service for long-term rentals.

The trailer should be placed on a reasonably level, accessible surface with adequate room for delivery, setup and ongoing service. Placement should also consider pedestrian access, available water and power, waste-service access and how the jobsite will change as construction progresses. VIP Trailers can review proposed placement before delivery.

Yes. Climate-controlled restroom trailers are especially useful at customer-facing facilities because they provide flushing toilets, sinks, lighting, mirrors, and a restroom environment that is much closer to a permanent indoor facility than a standard portable toilet.

Yes. Temporary restroom trailers are frequently used so a business can continue operating while permanent restrooms are being remodeled or repaired. Placement should be planned around pedestrian access, customer convenience, utilities, and service-vehicle access.

Construction schedules change frequently. If a project runs longer than expected, contact VIP Trailers as soon as possible. Long-term rentals can generally be extended subject to equipment scheduling, and ongoing pumping and service can continue through the revised project completion date.

Yes. VIP Trailers supports multi-location commercial and facilities-management projects throughout its service area. For phased remodels, branch renovations, emergency outages, or regional programs, provide the location list and anticipated schedule so equipment and service can be coordinated across multiple sites.

Deployment time depends on equipment availability, project location, site access, and utility requirements. For urgent restroom outages, VIP Trailers can often respond quickly and will prioritize the most practical available solution based on the project's needs.

Yes. VIP Trailers operates its own restroom trailer fleet and directly coordinates delivery, setup and service. We do not broker the rental to another restroom trailer company. This gives customers a single point of contact for equipment, delivery, setup and ongoing service throughout the rental.

Yes. VIP Trailers works with commercial customers and facilities-management organizations that require vendor onboarding, W-9 documentation, and work-order or facilities-management platform procedures.
